Scope and purpose of data processing
The personal data of trip participants and website users are processed for the following purposes:
- Implementation of the contract for the provision of tourist services - handling reservations and payments, fulfilling legal obligations (e.g. issuing invoices), ensuring safety during travel (e.g. transferring data to the insurer or local partners).
- Handling forms on the website - contacting users regarding inquiries, reservations or other organizational matters.
- Marketing and analytical activities - newsletter (with the user's consent), analysis of traffic on the website, optimization of services.
- Ensuring the security of the website - server logs and monitoring of unauthorized activities.
Legal basis for processing
Data is processed in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 GDPR based on:
item b) – performance of the contract,
item c) – legal obligations,
item f) – legitimate interest of the administrator (e.g. contact before departure, analysis of traffic on the website, pursuing claims).
